Eligibility for Refunds

  • Product is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery.
  • Product does not meet agreed-upon specifications.
  • Returned in unused condition and original packaging (unless agreed otherwise).


How to Request a Refund

Refund Approval Process

Non Refundable Items

  • Custom or special-order items
  • Products damaged from misuse
  • Late returns without prior approval


Return Shipping 

If the refund is due to our error, return shipping is on us. Otherwise, return shipping is the buyer's responsibility.
